Why is the world obsessed with anime?

Image
Anime in simple terms is animated content that originated from Japan. Anime today is something that almost everyone knows about today but this wasn't the case until just a few years ago. Anime today has millions of viewers and more importantly a rapidly increasing market. As more and more anime series started getting subbed and dubbed, it made anime easily accessible to, initially the US market and then the rest of the world. The number of anime viewers and fans has drastically increased all around the world in the past decade, the question is why? Why is anime so popular? Initially anime series which had either been subbed or dubbed into English were very scarce, ma...

Everything you need to know about what's happening in Afghanistan | Our opinion on the US pulling out of Afghanistan

Image
Our opinion on the United States and their NATO  allies pulling out of Afghanistan  To understand whether the US pulling out of Afghanistan is justified or not, we must understand the reason why US went to Afghanistan in the first place. The US went to Afghanistan, in a partnership with the Afghan government to finish off Bin Laden and to eliminate all kinds of threats posed by the terrorist groups in that region to the United States, and to make sure that something like the 9/11 attacks doesn't happen again. They did not go to Afghanistan to rebuild the nation or to help the government forever in protecting their people, the US stayed back in Afghanistan much longer than they initially decided. What we believe in-turn happened is, this made the Afghan government and the people of Afghanistan dependent on the US for protection. They were unknowingly heavily reliant on the US for military protection, the very presence of US military in the region, was something that terrorist g...

What we feel about Bezos going to space | Everything you need to know about it

Image
The vast majority know Bezos fundamentally as the founder of Amazon—a complimenting variant, for a super well off manager who exhausts his workers and hasn't generally paid a lot of government personal expenses. For Bezos, space was everything. He watched Apollo 11's moon arrival on his family's TV as a 5-year-old, and as a secondary school valedictorian, he talked about the significance of space travel. If Bezos were any other individual, he wouldn't have had the option to satisfy this fantasy by any means. In a new Instagram video, Bezos said, "I need to go on this flight since it's the one thing I've wanted to do my entire life. It's an experience. It's nothing to joke about for me." Some might fully trust that - possibly on the grounds that they too have had youth fantasies about going to space, or perhaps in light of the fact that such inspirations could be considered in accordance with the personal circumstance regularly connected with ...

Before this group was just called the "gay community". I can safely say that we have come a long way as these letters represent inclusion. Youth growing up today will see changes that previous ages of lesbians and gay men couldn't have ever expected in the course of their lives, including lawmakers, business pioneers, and teachers who are straightforwardly gay; marriage between same-sex couples; and an advancing mainstream and imaginative culture that gives numerous positive depictions of lesbian and gay characters in films and plays, on TV, and in writing. The present youth can utilize the Internet to recover online data about LGBT issues, giving interpersonal interaction openings and admittance to information in a manner that was not accessible to more established companions. The bill was supported by Russian officials after U.S. authorities revealed to Moscow last month that President Joe Biden's organization had chosen to not reappoint the Open Skies Deal that the U.S. left under President Donald Trump.  As an official competitor, Biden had condemned Trump's withdrawal as "foolhardy." Moscow had flagged its status to turn...

Local authorities in NYC have filed three felony hate-crime charges against 38-year-old Brandon Elliot in the brutal stomping of an elderly Asian American woman — a case that could test the efficacy of such statutes amid a national groundswell of concern over rising anti-Asian attacks. The accused Brandon Elliot is a homeless Black man on parole after serving 17 years in prison for killing his mother. He is said to have told 65-year-old Vilma Kari “you don’t belong here” before launching the unprovoked attack in Midtown on Monday. Elliot faces two counts of second-degree assault and one count of attempted first-degree assault that could carry a maximum sentence of 25 years, as well as other punishments for violating his parole. The beating was captured on lobby surveillance video which showed several onlookers failing to respond to Kari’s distress. One even had the audacity to close the door as the woman lay on the pavement in pain. Kari, was randomly approached by Elliot who cursed an...
